Coonley Elementary School
(finalist)
This symmetrical 2 panel concept was a finalist proposal for the entranceway to Coonley Elementary School in Chicago.
Each panel of “The path starts...” features leaves blowing off of a tree. Students would be asked to
design a single leaf representing themselves. The concept projects the idea that each student is a unique individual, a special part of the bigger whole that is Coonley.
