Parkland Community College (finalist)
“Elevate” is a 16’ square finalist proposal for Parkland College, a vocational school in Champaign, Illinois. The common orange workgloves act as a metaphor for the hands-on work required for most of the careers that the school prepares students for. The gloves cross a thin line of actual white gold towards the top fo the piece to represent a student successfully achieving his or her goals.
